Olitalia has always aimed to develop the right solutions to better meet the needs of the market and of the catering industry, working with chefs and with the most renowned patisserie and cooking associations and schools.

It was thanks to this synergy between food professionals and our company that the product line “I Dedicati” was born. These gourmet extra virgin olive oils have been specially intended for the perfect matching with different dishes and to enhance their main ingredients: meat, fish, vegetables and pasta.

I Dedicati were created in collaboration with the chefs of the international association Jeunes Restaurateurs and developed thanks to the involvement of several professional oil tasters and chefs, who have defined the ideal sensory profile for each extra virgin olive oil so that it can fully enhance a dish, whether it is used for cooking or seasoning.
