JRE - Jeunes Restaurateurs

An association of Europe's best and youngest fine dining chefs and restaurateurs. During a three-day workshop at the headquarters in Forlì, the chefs compared, tasted and tested a range of foods to pinpoint the sensory properties of extra virgin oils to pair with fish, meat, pasta and vegetables.

Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana

Olitalia worked with pizza chefs from the association founded to protect and promote the real Neapolitan pizza tradition to develop the perfect oil for pizza. In this case, research and analysis focused exclusively on Italian cultivars, which have a symbiotic relationship with the Mediterranean ingredients used in pizza.
