Bouquet of mixed leaf lettuce with pomegranate pearls, crunchy filets of speck and walnuts

  • 200 gr. - Mixed leaf lettuce
  • 1 - Pomegranate seeds
  • 100 gr. - Speck
  • 80 gr. - Walnuts
  • Olitalia “I Dedicati” Special Extra Virgin Olive Oil for Vegetables.

Procedure

    Place the mixed lettuce on the plate, then add thinly sliced speck that has been toasted in the oven for a few minutes at 180°C.

    Seed a pomegranate and sprinkle the seeds on the lettuce, then add walnut kernels and a bit of salt.

    As the last ingredient to complete the salad, drizzle it with a little Olitalia “I Dedicati” Special Extra Virgin Olive Oil for Vegetables.
