Balsamic vinegar of Modena PGI

Features

This is a low-density balsamic vinegar and it features a crisp flavour, somewhat on the sour side, with hints of wood as it is aged two months in sessile oak barrels. It is made from concentrated grape must, wine vinegar and a touch of caramel colouring.
