In 2007, Olitalia added vinegar production to its product roster with the Acetaia Giuseppe Cremonini, a new facility based in Spilamberto in Emilia Romagna that combines technology with traditional methods. This new facility is an example of how our company culture is moving increasingly towards quality and innovation.
