Extra virgin olive oil becomes an ingredient: an Olitalia and JRE event with chef Davide Botta

On Monday the 24th of June Olitalia organised a special evening to present the I Dedicati line to chefs and restaurant owners. Gala dinner and cooking show by chef Davide Botta.

Chef Davide Botta from the Artigliere Ristorante con Locanda in Isola della Scala (a town near Verona in northern Italy), honorary partner of JRE (Jeunes Restaurateurs), interpreted Olitalia’s “I Dedicati” for the clients of Polo Ristorazione S.p.A. Theme of the evening: “Extra virgin olive oil becomes an ingredient”.

During the event chef Davide Botta prepared the dishes for the aperitivo and for the dinner live with Olitalia’s “I Dedicati”, a line of products that draws on the richness and on the variety of fragrances and scents of extra virgin olive oil to research the right pairing for every dish.

The participants in this way had the exclusive opportunity to discover Olitalia’s extra virgin olive oils specifically created to enhance meat, fish, vegetable and pasta dishes.
