Olitalia and 100 years of Anuga

From the 5th to the 9th of October, Olitalia participated at the most important international fair for the food and beverage industry that takes place every two years in Cologne.

Olitalia presented itself at the manifestation with a completely new stand – with the ever more evident subdivision by sales channels – that confirmed the positioning of the brand over the last two years.

The products of excellence for the restaurant channel were protagonists: from Frienn, the innovative high-performance product for frying with a high smoking point and total absence of foam, to Frigoloso, an oil especially created to fry sweet foods, to Pizzolivm, the extra virgin olive oil created to dress and balance the ingredients of true Neapolitan pizza. Anuga was also the perfect opportunity for the company to show to the public of work insiders the “I Dedicati” line, the revolutionary selection of extra virgin olive oils created to facilitate the enhancement of flavour in fish-, meat-, vegetable- and pasta-based dishes. A presentation given in collaboration with German chefs from the JRE association: Oliver Röder e Alexander Wulf.
The Olitalia products were then interpreted and promoted by chef Luca Malacrida from the APCI association.
The event was a great success, with 7,590 exhibitors and around 170,000 visitors. Numbers which demonstrate the extraordinary relevance of this fair. The next appointment with Anuga is set for the 9th-13th of October 2021.
