Olitalia at the centre of the bakery world

Olitalia participated in the autumnal appointment of the XXVIII AMPI (Academy of Italian Master Pastry Chefs) Technical Symposium, which took place from the 3rd to the 5th of November at the CAST Alimenti School of Culinary Arts in Brescia (a city in the Lombardy region in northern Italy).

During the course of the Symposium day – traditional institutional appointment that saw all of the AMPI Masters reunited – consultant Marcello Scoccia, together with Anna Baccarani, Olitalia’s Trade Marketing Manager for Food Service, held a course on extra virgin olive oil.

The attention was focussed on Evoloso, an innovative product researched for the preparation of creams and doughs in bakery. This special extra virgin olive oil, that perfectly harmonizes with sweet foods, was presented to the most important Master Pastry Chefs in Italy.
