Olitalia, as a sponsor of the CheftoChef emiliaromagnachefs Association, was among the protagonists at the Centomani di questa terra (One hundred hands of this earth) event.
On the 1stof April the Antica Corte Pallavicina Relais in Polesine Zibello (a town near Parma in the Emilia-Romagna region in northern Italy) was the setting for the “Centomani di questa terra” event, the gastronomic banquet for partners and friends of the CheftoChef emiliaromagnachefs association.
The theme of this latest edition was Gastronomy and Agriculture 3.0, haute cuisine, high quality products and today’s agriculture. Centomani di questa terra is an important party at which chefs, producers, gourmet experts and experts from agribusiness discuss the future of food, at which participants have the possibility to taste, discover and pair food and dishes that represent the excellence of the food and wine from Emilia Romagna (a region in northern Italy).
Olitalia, always present alongside the restaurant world, has supported the CheftoChef association for a long time. Olitalia’s Frienn and I Dedicati were used by the chefs from the association to create dishes during the event.
