Students from a hospitality school in Taiwan were guests at the Olitalia headquarters in Forlì (a town in the Emilia-Romagna region in northern Italy), where they attended a master class on oil, held by Marcello Scoccia, Olitalia consultant, and a cooking show by chef Luca Malacrida, member of the APCI (Association of Professional Italian Chefs). An occasion aimed at education and the promotion of gastronomic Italy.
