  • 300 gr. - Beef filet
  • 20 gr. - All-purpose flour
  • 20 gr. - Toasted almonds
  • Olitalia “5 Grappoli” I.G.P. balsamic vinegar of Modena
  • Olitalia Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 pat of butter
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Vegetable broth

Procedure

  • 1

    Dredge the beef filet in flour. Place the Olitalia extra virgin olive oil and butter in a frying pan, heat and add the filet.

    Brown well and add the Olitalia “5 Grappoli” I.G.P. balsamic vinegar of Modena.

  • 3

    Add the toasted almonds, wait a minute and add a ladle of broth to create a creamy cooking liquid.

 

Assemble the dish

Serve on a crisp slice of whole wheat bread accompanied by grilled Belgian endive. 
Decorate with drizzled Olitalia “5 Grappoli” I.G.P. balsamic vinegar of Modena.
