100 g. - Tuna
40 g. - Cows' milk or unsweetened plant-based milk
25 g. - Sliced white bread
- Frienn Spray by Olitalia for air fryer
1 - Tbsp of capers
- Fresh parsley, salt and black pepper, to taste
2 - Tbsp breadcrums
Finely chop a handful of fresh parsley leaves together with the capers. In a bowl, place the diced sliced bread and pour over the milk.
Leave to soak for a few minutes, then add the chopped parsley and capers, the tuna, and salt and pepper to taste. Knead the mixture together using your hands.
Finally, stir in the 2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs. Allow a few moments for the breadcrumbs to absorb the moisture, then check the consistency before deciding whether to add any extra breadcrumbs.
Shape the mixture into small fishcakes with your hands and roll them in breadcrumbs to coat. Arrange the fishcakes in the basket of your air fryer, light spray with cooking spray, and cook at 200°C for 10 minutes, turning them halfway through.
